Privacy Collection Notice

AcqLogic is operated by Yellow Bricks Pty Ltd ABN 35 622 654 602.

When you create or use an AcqLogic account, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, account and profile details, company information you choose to provide, and information you enter, upload or create while using AcqLogic.

This may include property and project information, assessment assumptions, notes, uploaded images and documents, report content, branding information, Share a Deal invitation details, and communications you send to us.

Why we collect this information

We collect and use this information to:

•create, authenticate and manage your AcqLogic account;

•provide and operate AcqLogic, including saved property assessments, projects, reports, uploads and sharing features;

•communicate with you about your account, authentication, support and service-related matters;

•protect the security and integrity of AcqLogic;

•record your acceptance of applicable Terms and privacy documents; and

•meet legitimate legal, compliance and record-keeping requirements.

If you do not provide information that is required to create or operate your account, we may not be able to provide some or all AcqLogic features to you.

Who we may disclose information to

We may disclose or make personal information available to service providers that help us operate AcqLogic, including providers of authentication, database and storage services, website and application hosting, email delivery and related technology services.

Our current technology providers include Supabase, Vercel and Google Workspace.

Where you choose to use features such as Share a Deal, information may also be disclosed to the intended recipient as necessary to provide that feature.

We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, or to professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

Overseas processing

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside Australia. AcqLogic currently uses infrastructure that may involve processing in the United States and other countries in which our service providers or their subprocessors operate.

We do not represent that all AcqLogic information is stored or processed only in Australia.

Information about you provided by others

Another AcqLogic user may provide limited personal information about you when using a feature involving you, including your email address for Share a Deal. If we collect personal information about you from another person, we will take reasonable steps to notify you or otherwise make you aware of the collection where required or appropriate.

Access, correction and deletion

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your AcqLogic account.

We aim to respond to access and correction requests within 30 calendar days and generally provide access electronically and without charge.

Account and data-deletion requests are also subject to verification. Some limited information may need to be retained for legitimate legal, security, record-keeping or unsubscribe purposes, and residual information may remain temporarily in provider-controlled logs, caches or backups until their normal retention cycles expire.

Archiving a property or project in AcqLogic is not the same as permanent deletion.

Marketing

Agreeing to AcqLogic's Terms or acknowledging our privacy documents does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Any marketing consent or unsubscribe preference is handled separately.

AcqLogic does not sell users' personal information.
